Rapa field ( rapeseed ) is widely available in China . As in Luoping Yunnan and one that is equally remarkable in the city of Taizhou , Xinghua , Jiangsu Province . Planted like fields, fields intersect with few here waterways . Many small boats are available for visitors to enjoy the scenery . As quoted from Xinghua few flowers Ocean is known as one of the main interest of the oceans around the world , the other is the Ocean of Lavender in Provence , France , Ocean Sakura in Kyoto and Tulip Ocean Sea in the Netherlands . There is a festival called Xinghua Rape Flower Tourism Festival held in early April each year , which coincides with the best time to see her blooming flowers in Xinghua , where tourists can enjoy the beautiful scenery while rowing a boat on the river .
